How do customers benefit form using our services?

At ParkSmart we are passionate about the appearance of your parking area, as we consider this to be one of the most important areas of a retail property. First impressions are lasting and as this is the first and last point of contact the customer has with the centre, it is imperative that this interaction be a pleasant one, leaving them free to go about their business, confident that one of their most valuable possessions is in good hands.

ParkSmart personnel are issued with portable radios enabling them to communicate at all times with other on-site Service Providers. Where possible, the Site Seniors will be provided with panic buttons linked to an external Armed Response company.

The ParkSmart Management Team networks with the various Law Enforcement Agencies and attends their meetings. Information relevant to the Clients premises and surrounding area will be relayed to the Client.
